All cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to due arrival, or failure to arrive without prior notification, will result incur a fee of the total reservation made. All cancellations must be made in writing. All bookings accepted on the basis that these conditions are understood and accepted.

Self~Catering Tariff

We have a beautifully converted barn containing 2 self-catering apartments with en-suite bedrooms.

The Elder Suite sleeps 4 (a double with a single and a guest bed) in one room and the Swallow Suite sleeps 2. On the 2nd floor you will find a beamed lounge/diner with colour T.V. and a separate kitchen. Both are centrally heated.

Prices are inclusive of linen hire, electricity, central heating and VAT
Cots & Highchairs available on request at no extra charge. Non refundable £50 deposit per suite confirms your reservation. Balance of payment due 2 weeks before arrival.
Dogs must be kept on leads within the grounds.
