<p>Open all year round <br>
During your stay you can unwind in one of our twelve en-suite bedrooms. Each
has a unique character of its own, with many providing beautiful views of the
countryside. Every room has a remote controlled colour television and tea and
coffee making facilities. There is a choice of Double, Twin or Family rooms
available. <br>
We also have two beautiful, well equipped Self-Catering Suites for those wishing
for a longer stay. For added convenience, we have two rooms that have ground
floor access, one of which is also 'Wheelchair Friendly' with full facilities
for our less able guests.</p>
<p>Cots and highchairs are available on request for the youngest in your family
and for adventurous youngsters an outdoor playground awaits. Our children's
license allows all the family to eat and drink together. <br>
<br>
Each morning our Bed and Breakfast guests will be served with a full English
breakfast to set them up for the day ahead.</p>

Our charming, family-run 14th Century Hotel sits in the 'Forgotten Corner of Cornwall'.

permits are available from The Liscawn for the local reservoir and the many

The beautiful South West <br>
We are only a short drive from the many attractions of the city of Plymouth and
the county of Devon. Plymouth invites you to wander the narrow historic streets
of the Barbican, enjoy the best of live theatre at the Theatre Royal and be amazed
at the National Marine Aquarium.<br>
Devon offers the majestic tors of Dartmoor to walk, dozens of National Trust properties
to visit and hundreds of places to see.
<p>Closer still, Mount Edgcumbe with its hundreds of acres of landscaped gardens
overlooking Plymouth Sound and Cawsand Bay will appeal to you, your children
and your pets. <br>
The nearby picturesque coastal villages of Kingsand, Cawsand, Looe and Polperro
beckon you to walk their narrow streets and savour the sea views. <br>

Within an hours drive the world famous Eden Project sits deep within an old
Cornish China Clay pit and further west the 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' wait to

<p>We have a beautifully converted barn containing 2 self catering apartments
with en-suite bedrooms. </p>
<p>The Elder Suite sleeps 4 (a double with a single and a guest bed) in one room
and the Swallow Suite sleeps 2. On the 2nd floor you will find a beamed lounge/diner
with colour T.V. and a separate kitchen. Both are centrally heated.</p>
